Receptionist

It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk reception services, including handling phone calls and enquiries, receiving and dispatching documents, and greeting visitors
- Manage the conference room booking system and coordinate relevant arrangements for meetings and events
- Perform messenger duties, including outdoor delivery and collection of documents
- Handle general office duties, including photocopying, binding and basic document processing
- Manage office inventory such as refreshments and stationery supplies
- Liaise with property management on security and service-related issues
- Handle daily operating bills and invoices
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR
- Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
- Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
- Experience in reception and office administration duties preferred; possession of a valid first-aid certificate is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle unexpected situations efficiently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required
Remuneration Package
