Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited issues invitation for proposals regarding public relations consultancy services (May 2026)

(Hong Kong, 8 May) The Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited (“HKIC”) today issues invitation for tender proposals regarding the provision of public relations consultancy services (“Service”) for the HKIC.  

The Service is required for a contract period of 24 months, from 25 June 2026 to 24 June 2028. The HKIC, may at its sole discretion, extend the contract for an additional 12 months, subject to the performance of the appointed tenderer.  

Interested tenderers may request an electronic copy of the tender document by emailing [email protected]. The request must include the company name and the name and contact details of the correspondence person.

Tender proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected] only no later than 17:00 of 2 June 2026 (Hong Kong Time). Submissions sent or copied to other HKIC email addresses will be disqualified.

Late or incomplete submissions, or proposals submitted via links to public or private cloud storages (e.g. Google drive, Dropbox) will not be considered. 

In the event that Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or “Extreme Conditions” announced by the HKSAR Government is in force at any time between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on the tender closing date, the closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon on the next business day on which none of the above warnings remain in force.
