Senior Officer (Corporate Affairs)

The Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited (“HKIC”) is dedicated to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong by identifying investment opportunities and strategically promoting the development of target industries, so as to enhance the long-term competitiveness and economic vitality of Hong Kong while generating investment return. It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund. Key Requirements
- Coordinate project planning, execution and regular progress updates
- Handle day-to-day administrative matters, including procurement and office operations
- Draft and update internal policies and guidelines
- Support meeting logistics including scheduling, venue preparation and materials distribution
- Prepare accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, service agreements and presentation decks
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
- University degree with good academic results
- At least 3 years of solid experience in administrative work, project coordination and/or business development
- Fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered for a junior position
- Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR
- Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
- Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
- Good team player and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Logical, attentive to details and able to multitask under pressure
- Good command of written Chinese and English
Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for an offer of appointment at Officer level.)
Remuneration Package
