The Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited (“HKIC”) is dedicated to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong by identifying investment opportunities and strategically promoting the development of target industries, so as to enhance the long-term competitiveness and economic vitality of Hong Kong while generating investment return. It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives
  • Coordinate communications and logistics for corporate events and external engagements
  • Create, translate and adapt content for the HKIC’s digital platforms and social media channels
  • Build relationships with diverse media networks, handle press inquiries, monitor market sentiment and support reputation management
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

  • University degree with good academic results, a degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or a related discipline is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations
  • Experience within reputable financial institutions or the public sector is a plus
  • Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR
  • Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
  • Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
  • Proactive, creative mindset with eagerness to learn venture capital or private equity industry trends
  • Passionate about social media content creation, with basic design skills
  • Organised, logical, attentive to details and able to multitask under pressure
  • Good team player, willing to take on new challenges and share ideas
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications. Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits and paid annual leave.
