It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund. Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to CEO(HKIC)’s Office
  • Manage documents and calls
  • Coordinate attendance at duty visits, meetings and events
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Form 5 qualification or above with relevant diplomas
  • More than 10 years of experience in providing secretarial support to senior executives
  • Solid experience in financial services sector and/or government or public bodies in Hong Kong
  • Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
  • Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
  • Good team player
  • Good computer literacy and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications. Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits and paid annual leave.
