Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform normal delivery work, including sorting, receipt and outdoor delivery of documents
  • Handle general office duties, including photocopying, binding, and mailing of documents
  • Provide tea services and cleaning of relevant items
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned
  • Form 3 qualification or above
  • Experience in office cleaning and providing support in office daily operation, or holders of a valid first-aid certificate will be an advantage
  • Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
  • Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications. Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits and paid annual leave.
This appointment will be made on fixed contract terms, subject to renewal. Good performers may be considered for appointment on permanent terms.
